Favorite Break

I wanted to write about my favorite break time during the day; the coffee break. There is nothing like sitting back, and sipping my favorite coffee, and letting life and everything in it simply move to the back of my mind. Nothing but my coffee; and sometimes we get to enjoy that moment with people special to us. To me, taking a break, sipping some coffee, not only rejuvenates me, it allows me to escape if only for a little while. So get some coffee, whatever your type; its good for the mind, however if you are like me; extremely hyper, switch to decaf in the afternoons....

Seattle’s Best or Seattle’s Worst?

I have pondered why the coffee deemed Seattle’s Best, which I have tried at both Subway and Burger King warrants the title “best”?

If this is their best Seattle needs to work out a different blend. I personally loathe this coffee. I’ve given this brew chances, and tried it a couple different times, but each time only enforces my distaste. If anyone disagrees with me, I am open to discussion.

Jitters and Bliss

I tried Jitters and Bliss “Guatemalan Antigua” and I must say this is one quality brew. I would suggest visiting their site and ordering a bag now. After the first cup, the caffeine caused jitters, but the taste created bliss. Order some today!

The Fast Cup

It’s a mad dash many mornings, and the first thing on our minds is where to stop for that morning cup. What’s your favorite? Dunkin, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.?

Death WIsh

Someone had me try Death Wish Coffee over the Thanksgiving break, and let me tell you this; I was racing through my day off at mach speeds. Being a hyper person already, this coffee propelled me through 8 hours of cutting and splitting firewood. Red Bull gives you wings, but Death Wish places rockets on your back. If you are not a morning person, if you drag through your morning with your regular caffeine up your dosage by 200 percent and get your Death Wish on.

Coffee Accompaniment

Last week I had this butterscotch pie from an Amish restaurant, and it was unbelievably delicious, further enhanced by a cup of hot coffee. Over time, I’ve found that some flavors go perfect with a good cup of coffee; this pie being one of those. What do you prefer with your coffee?

“Home, Chains, or Cafes”

Where are your favorite places to enjoy your coffee? Does the morning cup at home suit your needs, the large chains, or is it the cozy café?

Personally, I like the cozy café with someone special. There’s something about that quiet café with an appealing atmosphere. One of my favorites is Coffee Corners in the historic town of Burton Ohio, not far from Cleveland. Not only is the town beautiful, and full of character, the café fits in with the town’s themes. I give props to this coffee shop, and if ever in the area, it’s a must see.
